Every day at the Birchcreek Health and Weight loss Retreat is an opportunity to experience the exhilarating feeling of well-being that accompanies healthy eating and fitness. Each activity is tailored to meet your individual, specific dietary and exercise needs. Our singular focus is to make your visit a complete success in a professional, comfortable and restive atmosphere.

8:30 am
20 minute wake up standing

Welcome the day with an on your feet full body stretch
8:50 am
Green power drink

9:00 am
Morning walk, deep breathing
Enjoy the gorgeous weather and scenery at one of our beautiful locations. Our walks provide gentle warming for fitness beginners or a power workout for our more athletic guests. Whether on the beach, on a treadmill or hiking on back country roads - this is the way to begin your day!
9:45 am
Breakfast
Fresh fruits or fresh juices - cleanse and detoxify.
10:00 am
Personal Workout Time
Whatever your fitness level, we want to see you move. Walk, workout, lift weights, jump on a rebounder the choice is yours.
10:30 am
Snack Break
Citrus water, herbal teas or veggie broths give you energy and keep your metabolism revved throughout the day.
10:45am
Jump Start Your Life Seminar
Educational insights into detox, weight loss, PH, natural foods and fitness help create strategies and incentives to continue your success at home. Watch presentations and learn about the incredible self-healing properties of your own body.
12:00 pm
Lunch
You won't believe how delicious and satisfying lunch can be and still be healthy and weight reducing. A cornucopia of raw fruits and vegetables with homemade dressings, dips and a vegetarian entrée or soup, are the centerpiece of your meal. Juicers enjoy freshly made fruit and vegetable combos that enliven the tastebuds. Bon appetite!

Personal time
Grab a favorite book, kick back and relax at one of our scenic locations, visit nearby attractions or indulge in one of our pampering spa services
2:30 pm
Hands on Workshop
For all you visual and experiential learners - the casual atmosphere and open discussions in our practical HOW TO workshops make all the difference in creating a workable, healthy lifestyle at home.
3:30 pm
Afternoon Snack
Enjoy a mid-afternoon break with a hot broth, smoothie or refreshing carrot juice.
4:00 pm
Abs stretch, strength work out
Whatever your fitness level, flexibility can be improved. We employ a variety of group and individual stretch programs - Tai Chi, basic stretch, Pilates, Intensive Abs.
5:00 - 6:00 pm
Personal Time
You've earned some quiet time. Shower and refresh, visit with friends and contemplate how you feel after a perfect day.
6:00pm
Dinner: A Rewarding Bounty
Our dinners, low calorie, yet delicious and bountiful, are served for enjoyment as well as detox and nutrition. Tailored for all palates, our light dinner ensures a good night's sleep with the promise of energy in the morning. Juicers will actually begin to feel full after experiencing such treats as Pink Lady, Salsa or It's Italian.
7:00 pm
Guest Speakers or Relaxation Time
